Initial consultation (50 ~ 60 minutes)

Our first meeting is a session dedicated to assessment and exploration. It is an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if I am the right therapist for you. I would like to know about you, the reasons that brought you to theraoy , and discuss your expectations. It's perfectly normal if things aren't entirely clear at this stage. This session helps us set the foundation for our future work together.

Regular sessions (55 minutes)

Following the initial consultation, our regular therapy sessions will last 50 minutes each.

Therapy is a gradual process, much like training muscles. Real change does not happen a day or two. it often requires patience and baby steps.. Through our sessions, we will work towards gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and how your mind works. We will also work on nurturing compassion and acceptance towards yourself.

Using various tools and practices, we will work on discovering your true values that lead to a better life and putting actions into them

Throughout our journey, we will continually evaluate the effectiveness of our work to ensure we are making progress.
